By accessing or using Realwork ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Realwork provides software that enables users to create cryptographically verified recordings of their work sessions. The Service includes:

• A macOS application for recording work sessions
• A web platform for publishing and viewing proofs
• Cryptographic verification of recorded content

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Record content you do not have the right to capture
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Misrepresent your identity or the authenticity of proofs

Ownership: You retain ownership of all recordings and proofs you create using the Service.

License: By publishing a proof, you grant Realwork a license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to record and publish any content, including compliance with employer policies and third-party rights.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Realwork and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. REALWORK DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Proofs will be accepted by any third party
• The cryptographic verification will meet specific legal requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Realwork operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
